My coaching is built on accountability and it is convenient and flexible. My private 1:1 coaching is all about easily getting into a healthy lifestyle without completely giving up any of your favourite food. I don’t believe in restrictive diets which asks you to completely give up a food group. Yes, you heard it right. You don’t have to give up your favourite chocolate or pazham pori or that yummy golgappa. You can lose weight eating these but of course not for every single meal. I will help you to work these into your plan so that you enjoy your weight loss process and also learn how to incorporate all these when you are maintaining your weight later.

My System

My weight loss programme is completely online. We contact each other through whatsapp every single day. You can be anywhere in the world and still be in touch with me everyday.

I will support and motivate you throughout your journey. Workouts are needed and it can be anything you like and are sure to stick onto.  As for food, I work with your menu every single day and you will be eating what you always eat as long as its not burger and pizzas for every meal though these treats are allowed if it fits your macros.

Are you a busy mom of small kids? Do you work 8 to 6 every day? Do you live in a joint family where you can’t separately cook for yourself? Do you live just with your close family with 4 different food likings? Don’t worry. I will help you get into exercise habits, mindset habits and food habits that can easily fit into your lifestyle. I will help you started from where you are.

Workouts

Do you hate the gym? Can't even think of heavy workouts? Don’t worry. I will find you a safe way to enjoy your workouts- even if it means just walking. And if you hate going out to walk, I have a solution for that too.

Your Accountability Partner

I will be your accountability partner. A weight loss journey will physically and mentally challenge you. There will be times when you feel like you're losing hope, but I will be there to remind you that setbacks are just part of the process.
You will feel supported and motivated the entire time you are with me.I will be in touch with you everyday and when life throws lemons at you, we will have the lemonade together. Yes, whatever ups and downs in life, I will help you come back on track and cheer you on.
